Villain 21/16, BTN open 44, cbet IP 57/38/58, fold vs c/r 60%, wtsd 27

He has bigger fold vs 3bet so I flatted...

OTF I could jut c/c but because of his higher fold vs c/r I made it.

OTT one of the best card for me to barell...

What do you think about his line? I doubt he showed some draw or AA so I puted him on set or QJ. How shoul I adjut to this? Just barell off all thi time when he only calls turn because hit best hand would be AA?

Hey JohnyC1337,

Normally would consider putting in x/c range seeing as we still have a measure of showdown value. X/r should be profitable in a vacuum.

Obviously when we expect opponent to fold to x/r frequently it also means we need to be more cautious about his turn range once we get there. However while 60% is exploitable, it's not super super high or anything so would still want a turn bluff range. Assuming x/r stat was much higher would actually look to just x/c turn here based on odds/implieds.

Would look to 3barrel vs turn call to fold out pair+gutter type stuff. Vs turn raise would fold.

As for his line, I actually think we are against JQ pretty frequently. Sets are a little more likely to 3bet flop on this texture, but not impossible he calls these on flop either. I think pair + gutters are just flat calling the turn. Possible he semi-bluffs some gutshots but not that frequently imo, we also have blockers for him turning a heart draw.
