What do you think about 3barreling? Should I use bigger sizing on the flop/turn, in order to make river shove around potsize?
He probably doesnt have QQ+, so his calling range could be JJ/QJs, and I'm not sure about AQ (probably calls, but it's a tough call for him). I thought I can definitely make him fold KQ and worse.

Arent you giving away nice bet size tells this way? I noticed in a few hands already, that you try to set up on river pot size bet for max FE. I think your
bet size on turn looks weak and bluffy, since you would probably bet bigger with strong hands to shove river, also board is drawy and you want to protect

I dont think it's too drawy on the turn, but otherwise I agree, I didnt really take into consideration, that we are somewhat deep, so this way I have to overbet river. I think flop betsize is OK, cause on Q32r I wouldnt bet bigger with any part of my range, but turn could be ~28-30, to make it around potsize by the river.

Ill be more inclined to use balanced bet sizes with my range unless i had a specific reason to use an exploitive one (like villain is folding too much to 3barrels)

Here u probably cant go wrong with 3barreling the bottom end of your river range with 0 sd value. On theflipside if u wabt to pick hands with good blockers you should be picking hands like AK (blocks kq and aq) and hands with no clubs (u may block some backdoor FDs from his range)

What would be your balanced betsizes in this case?

I'll probably bet around 30-35 on the Turn which leaves me with slightly more than a PSB on the River.

Don't think you should necessarily bet this large on the Turn with your entire range. It might make sense to use a smaller Turn bet like you did here, but also bet smaller on the River as well (for thinner value hands like AQ which can value bet for ~80bb but not 158bb)
