Hi, here 2 similar spots, in both hands opponents are aggressive.

Here only 41 hands on the opponent but he playes: 54/31, 3bet 18.8

Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 4 Players

SB: $44.08 (88.2 bb)
BB: $39.95 (79.9 bb)
Hero (CO): $58.14 (116.3 bb)
BTN: $60.23 (120.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J♦ T♥ 9♣ 8♣
Hero raises to $1.50, BTN raises to $5.25, 2 folds, Hero calls $3.75

Flop: ($11.25) 8♠ 5♠ Q♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $8.50, Hero?

And in this one opponent in 434 hands: 40/24, AF 3.5, 3bet 6.7, probably in this hand would be better to just fold preflop because my hand looks better than it actually is, but double suited and semi conected, I called this time.

Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 4 Players

BTN: $43.92 (87.8 bb)
SB: $59.25 (118.5 bb)
BB: $72.45 (144.9 bb)
Hero (CO): $50 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 9♦ J♣ 6♣ Q♦
Hero raises to $1.75, BTN raises to $6, 2 folds, Hero calls $4.25

Flop: ($12.75) 3♠ 9♣ T♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $7, Hero?

What would be your flop play in this situations when you know you are not only against AA, and floped a medium pair + SD?

If the 3bettors were nits, then my equity is enough to get all in, but in this cases their ranges are wider than that, so I'm thinking that the safe play would be just fold, but if I'm going to call the preflop 3bet, I can't fold always when I hit something but not great.

What do you think about calling the cbet, and donk turn when my equity improves? or if turn gets checked then bluff river depending on the cards that hits, I mean, only in the cards were I can represent that my flop calling range has improved, wich in these boards is almost the whole deck.

Thanks!

Sums it up real good. H1 would be great if you were playing vs an opponent capable of folding KK+ there for the play to be much better than c/c.
