Is it ok to call his 4bet preflop or just shove? As played, bet the river?

Shoving would be really bad. You are so deep, and you are in early positions which means that both of you are repping a really strong range of hands.

I wonder if you should even be 3-betting in the first place. I feel like this is the most important decision for this hand.

Flop: Why are you betting the Flop here? What are you hoping to accomplish? Fold him off a chop? Just deny him the chance of seeing a free Turn/River?

Without any specific reads I think it's a pretty clear check with AK high. You have the best hand enough of the time, and I don't really want to blindly fire multiple barrels to try pushing one-pair hands off.

And betting once with AK readless is going to be a pretty bad idea, given that villain would just check-call Flop with all 1p hands and fold everything else. So if you do bet, do have a plan for what you are trying to achieve. Are you going to bet thrice and fold out villain's weak JX/9X/mid pocket pair type of hands? Are you certain he never checks Flop with QQ+? Or maybe you intend to bet twice and you think he check-calls Flop with AK and check-folds Turn?

I think it would be more profitable to shove (I played a bit with CREV in ranges), why do you think it is not profitable to shove if he's bluffing pocket pairs, maybe suited broadways. What range would you give him? I assume he's 4betting range isn't very tight because he 3bets ~10%

note: we are 5-handed, I dunno why he is marked as UTG when he is MP

Why is bet small to fold out all weaker hands a bad idea?
With bet our range will not be cappt, and we dont allow villian
To bluffs us on turn and river, also it is ok if he folds his small equity hands.
Imo it is a bad board for villian to bluff so i expect him to fold enough
Vs 33% pot size bet. Also we continue bluffing on fd cards or
Value bet on k or a

U are 200 bb deep. I dont see how shoving can ever be good here. If u want to 5b u should make it 50-55 eith your entire range
