I played a 30 pound MTT yesterday. Total 50 players.
We were down to 4 players. Total chips in play 700,000.
I had 160,000.
Person to my immediate left had 110,000,
Person to my right had around 330,000.
The other player had 100,000.
The prize structure was:
First prize 560 pounds
Second: 400 pounds
Third: 180 pounds
Fourth: 150 pounds

The dynamics on the table where such that the big stack would limp UG with around 50% of the range he would call a shove. I put him on 50% of A9+.
The player to my left was very passive and donked pot sized bets with third and second pairs. I knew I would double up with TP no kicker most of the times.
The player on my left +1 needs to finish 3rd or better to win a tournament ticket worth 220 pounds adding more equity to his folds.

I am on the btn and UG limps. I play 15bb deep.
I have Q 
8 and I decide to limp. (should I still be playing shove/fold here given the dynamics above?).
Everybody calls.
Pot= 44,000.
Flop: A 9 T 
UG raises to 60,000 and is essentially pot commited.
I know he always has an Ace or two pair there.
I have 45.85% equity in the hand against his ATo-A2o,T9o range.
Given the price structure should this be a shove or a fold?
