QQ 4bet pot

UTG is a reg, only 19 hands on him, he's running 22/19.

his range is super strong, probably QQ+ AK, i dont expect to see anything else. CO is a fish.

what should my plan be here? bet 1 time something like $13-$18 and then just check fold? check and maybe call once if he might be AK althogh i think he's gonna check back? check fold?

Hey 6804alefito,

Preflop squeeze is fine.

Assuming we think opponents range is QQ+/AK it's a mistake to bet too large. AK might not call yet QQ+ is always calling.

We could bet $8 or so and try to protect our equity from AK, alternatively we can just check. Check/fold is likely ok vs a range of QQ+/AK - he possible doesn't bet AK due to the dry side pot.
