Villain stats:
VPIP/PFR 26/19
3bet 5
4bet 10
FSteal 77
resteal 6

Question is..
Is is Ok for me to call his shove with my AKs? I mean its blind vs blind so I think his range is pretty wide. Or is it just std play and I'm being a bit weak since my latest AK hands has really flamed out... I really rather would b the one shoving with AK instead of calling.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed)

Button ($34.15)
Hero (SB) ($51.33)
BB ($50)
UTG ($34.05)
MP ($64.18)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, K
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.25, BB raises to $4, Hero raises to $8.50, BB raises to $50 (All-In), Hero calls $41.50

Flop: ($100) 10, 8, Q (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: ($100) 5 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($100) 5 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: $100 | Rake: $2.50

Results below:

Spoiler

Hero had A, K (one pair, fives).
BB had 10, 10 (full house, tens over fives).
Outcome: BB won $97.50

Hey ggiants81,

Preflop play is totally fine here.

It's pretty standard to stack off with AK here blind vs blind. We'd rather be the one shoving of course, but that doesn't mean we can't call when faced with a 5-bet.
