Hi,
you said I missed the deadline for the competition. I believe I have posted my setup before said deadline (23:59 GMT), that is 00:14 UTC+2.

No, you're actually correct. You were indeed just on time. It was displayed as 00:14 for me because I'm one hour ahead of GMT myself :facepalm:
