Noticed that my HHs in HM2Archive folder are chopped into multiple files. Some are divided into 2-3 files,some into 7-8. Anyone knows why is that and how to fix it?

There should be separate folders for pokersite\year\month\day and separate files for each table and session per day. Is it organized differently for you?
There is no way to change this although you can configure different archive folders in the site setup.

The issue is that hands from the same tourney are saved in multiple text files. f.e. first file has first 3 hands, second has next 20 hands and third has the rest.

Did you change the default setting for the archiving under Hand Importing -> Auto Import Options? It should be 15 mins
