What is this flop minraise? How important is the deeper stack?

Hi nptrk

The stack is not that deep to make me want to fold TPTK in a 3-bet pot vs a player that looks like a fish.

Between Ax with draw and other Ax I can see him having quite a few worse hands so I'd prefer a small 3-bet on the flop (and going with the hand)>
