OTT I probably could have used bigger sizing but the real question is river.
Since his stats over solid sample (250hands) I think that he is ultra passive. Can I justify the ch/f here or is KJ just too strong?

How would you approach this hand in general against a regish player? bet, ch/c, ch/c?
