Preflop: Hero is SB with K K
6 folds, BTN raises to $2, Hero raises to $6, BB folds, BTN calls $4

Flop: ($13) 9 7 3 (2 players)

Hero checks, BTN bets $20, Hero folds

BTN 25/16/8, BTN RFI 50%, Fold to 3Bet 36%, 4Bet Range 3.5, Raise Cbet Flop 10%

For me it makes no sense why he should raise my Cbet on this dry flop. So I called his raise. On the turn I thought that when I call, I have to call on the river too, so I foldet...
Is it better to call turn? And river?

Maybe he knows that I don't 3bet much from the blinds (only 3%, I'm already working on expanding my range) and puts me on a tight range with lots of overpairs, then it makes sense that he raises with his sets...

Hey,

Villain's f23b is low, so you should be making the 3bet bigger. Secondly, your 3bet range is ridiculously strong, so you should be making it bigger. Given your 3b range is 3% and contains all AK combos, bluff raising flop with atc is probably fine by villain. If you fold your overpair facing the turn bet, villain can raise his whole range on the flop with the pokan in betting the turn, since you're going to fold unless you have a set. I don't even really care what villain thinks about your range if your own game plan is only ever being aggressive with nuts and never putting a stack in without a hand that beats villain's value bets. I simply don't see a way that this style is profitable on nl100 anymore and it certainly isn't max ev.

I guess if your 3bet range is top 3%, ten you can probably fold river with all your pocket kings and only call down with JJ and some combos of AA. But really the main problem in this hand is your overall preflop strategy.
