Villain was unknown at the time of the hand.

OTF: Should I be c-betting here vs an unknown? I thought that villain would defend preflop pretty wide and therefore have a weak range. Also, I can barrel some Turns such as overs or cards that give me backdoors. I figured I had two choices at the time. Check/fold or bet/fold and re-evaluate Turn.

OTT: plan was just to x/f on this Turn since OTF I would put villain on some draws and pairs. Villain won't fold a made flush (obv), a Tx, 7x or any decent spade draw. The only things that might fold are some pairs < TP and some A-high with no :spade: that decided to float the flop. However, I think that the majority of his range consists of stuff that villain won't fold, therefore decided to just x/fold.

OTR: When villain x/beh the T I think he mainly has some :spade: draw or some pair < TP that he wants to get to SD with. Since any pair now has a FH I would not expect villain to fold any better hand other than A-hi so I didn't feel like bluffing was an option. Since I didn't know villain very well I couldn't be sure how often he would be bluffing missed draws here so felt that it was better to just x/f here.

Thanks

Hi muel294

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Given the board, positions and our hand I feel that even check/folding is an option, especially if we don't plan to fire multiple streets.

I doubt you have enough FE for one and done.

if the board was 7T7r would you be more inclined to c-bet?

Same idea, people don't fold paired boards IP often enough and you get floated a lot.

If you don't fire the turn enough you are wasting money imo.
