I think u are def ahead of utg1's range. He will have many draws and some JX combos. Folding the turn is a clear mistake.

Raising flop is an option but i think calling is fine too.

Thats a reasonable option against the midstack. If the action gets too hot u can fold and lose less.

U should not raise this and fold to an allin from utg1. If both of them went allin this woild be a fold. If the other guy goes allin and utg1 folds this would be a pretty tough spot.
