Should i have iso raised here (limper is 19/4)?? Just not sure, button seems quite aggressive so could raise me.

I will defenitely raise here to t120. If BTN just click you back, then you can consider calling him and play post flop. But if he is good aggressive player, then just fold and wait for another oportunity to take his chips, because he will eat you on later streets with his aggression and position.

I prefer to iso pre just like in the KJs hand. BTN should be a real maniac to 3bet you pre very loose, but if that's the case, you can 4bet ship over him(you need really good reads to do that-including if limper is not trap heavy as he seems like guy who can def. limp trap AA/KK here).
