Hi,

this is a 4betpot and pre flop we had it raised very big, so its not profitable for him to set mine with worse. we can therefore profitably go broke post flop most of the time.

on this flop i think he still has many weaker hands like Qx KK in his range, so we are going broke.

Thanks

Most important than odds, I doubt he 3bets 33 or 55 vs UTG. But lets face it whatever hes calling must have QQ in its range and we are 200bb deep. In villains shoes I am never ever going broke KK in this horrible flop either. Do you think he's going broke Qx If hes fishy?

Hi,

Although we are 200bb deep we need to recognize this is a 4bet pot, so stack to pot ratio is the same as a 3betpot 100bb deep. So if we are going broke 100bb here in a 3betpot we also go broke in a 4bet pot 200bb deep.

He only has exactly QQ that beat us, how about the many more QK AQ KK?

His check raise may not always be for value, it could be to pot control and then he's willing to call down since he has top pair.

Thanks

We are blocking AQ pretty hard and KQ flating a big UTG 4bet is something that I would find very unusual but can't say for sure. Would you raise flop or flat his mr?

Hi,

No matter how many combos we block he's still having way more Qx KK hands than QQ itself. If he would call a hand like 44 or 55 vs a 4bet then he definitely has hands like even QJ QTs

There are exactly 3 combos of QQ and for AQ (which we heavily block) has 6 combos, and 12 combos of KQ and 6 combos of KK. So of a total of 27 combos only 3 beats us which means we beat 80% of what he has, we may have made a mistake of underestimating his range so maybe we beat 70%? Or maybe 60%? That's still a go ahead.

I prefer flatting his mr and then letting him go crazy with a wider range.

Thanks
Xavierfok
