Hello, i have been playing tournaments long time and now got some confusing spots in cash games with preflop spots because different stack sizes.
It zoom tables and i have no info on anyone.
1)Poker Stars $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players -

SB: $5.00
BB: $5.22
Hero (UTG): $5.00
MP: $5.00
CO: $3.45
Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is UTG with A 
K
Hero raises to $0.16, MP calls $0.16, 1 fold, BTN raises to $0.71, 2 folds, Hero ?
With theses stack sizes do we call, 4bet/gii, 4bet/fold in zoom poker.
It seem 4bet/call spot for me but it also close to call and play oop getting next player in with dominated ax,kx.

I suppose we still never have implied odds to call here even with full stacks?
Should we call if we know opponent have big gap between they flop cbet/turn cbet to float and take it down on turn?
