Hi,

I would not fold QT+, so calling down with KJ seems also reasonable. I think you often see QT type hands, but 52/30 can show you a lot wider valuebet range and also likely enough floats that calldown getting these odds seems quite standard.

All draws hit except FD and would villain really try to underbet bluff us most of the time?

Villain is basically maniac with 53/30 stats. Q84 board is perfect to float most of his pre-flop calling range. He can always take that line with Qx, but at the same time I would not surprise if he bets the same way with AhTx hands just to get us fold TT/99/AK/8x type hands.
We need to be good 22% and consider strength of our hand we should call him down. If we have read he would take that line with Qx+ then we should likely just fold on the turn.
