He seems looser but I don't think I'd call him a fish to be honest (unless you have other reasons).

And for him to slowplay a big hand is not really that unlikely given you've checked that flop. So river should still be a bet.fold imo.

As for the flop should we cbet or check? This villain seems agro and I would probably cbet to try to take it down there and give up unimproved.
