Hi ShamHiggins!

It realydepends on opponent and board texture.
Here you hve very aggresive opponent, so c/r for bluf on that flop is not such a good idea. But it is perfect if you have over pair or even stronger combination. With FD I would just call his raise. Also I think that c/c is better in this spot against such opponent.
So if opponent is passive, then you can c-bet, because he will give up most of time and when he won`t you still have 2 overs. If opponent is aggresive, then is better to c/c, to keep his blufs in his range.
