Preflop is fine.

Flop check is probably correct in theory here, although sometimes betting has a higher expectation in practice.

That doesn't mean we need to call every turn card. We can call turn with the stronger hands in our flop checking range, and also any of the hands in our flop checking range that are improved by the turn card. AJ is probably close. I would definitely peel at least one with AQo and I think it's probably a reasonable option with AJo but I don't mind just folding.

As played turn bet is fine.

Why would you call AQ and fold AJ? AJ should be better hand because we block KJ, and KQ he likely 3bets. also both of them have same apsolute hand strenght.

Well it's not complex, AQ presumably has slightly more showdown value than AJ so we put it in our defending range first.

If you want to make some assumptions about the guys 3betting range and defend AJ instead I don't have a problem with this. It's not a given that he 3bets KQ though.

hey weasel, is turn bet for value or for bluff? Are you assuming that blind would bet most of nines and now he can call with A5o?
Or you want to bet river to get rid of his low pockets and 95s?
