Hello

I know this seem spewy but I'm not sure where I should have stopped.

I called the 4bet because i thought I was getting great odds. On the flop, in the heat of the moment, I saw the backdoor flush, the gutshot straight and thought that maybe my A pairing (or remotely the K) could still be good.

Should I have just folded pre?

Tks

Hey Goncalves7,

Typically best option is just to flat AKo vs an open raise from UTG. 3betting should still show a profit however.

Cold 4b at micros is typically very strong. It will likely be a slightly losing play to continue here. We can't just look at our direct odds preflop we also need to consider our postflop reverse implied-odds.

Better just to fold here pf straight away vs cold 4b.
