Is ok to c/c OTF and c/f OTT?

Or cbet is better OTF, because villain is aggressive.
Then we cbet the flop, what's our plan OTT?

Thank you!

If you cbet the Flop, it should be because you think you can go for thin value. So the right play on the turn would be to c/c if turn is a blank (to induce bluffs from floats)

I don't think you should cbet the flop. Your line is fine for sure on this turn. you can c/c again on a blank turn with QQ perhaps, and with QQ:h you can c/c on this turn. You should also be slowplaying some strong hands like AA/AK sometimes for range protection.
