BB: $8.42 (84.2 bb)
UTG: $20.40 (204 bb)
MP: $12.24 (122.4 bb)
CO: $12.01 (120.1 bb)
Hero (BTN): $10 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 9 8
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, CO folds, Hero calls $0.30, SB folds, BB calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.95) 7 J 3 (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $0.70, BB folds, MP raises to $2, Hero calls $1.30

Turn: ($4.95) 6 (2 players)
MP bets $7.70, Hero folds

Results:

Spoiler

$4.95 pot ($0.27 rake)
Final Board: 7 J 3 6
MP mucked and won $4.68 ($2.38 net)
Hero mucked 9 8 and lost (-$2.30 net)

280 hands
VPIP/PFR/3B/AF/WTSD
16/13/2.5/3/20

F check/raise: 10

PRF: MP is nitty and doesn't fold much to 3B (33(3)), blinds don't 3b much at all and are nitty as well, so I call.
Flop: Here I don't really know what to expect. The board is pretty dry and a check/raise in this multiway is somehow unexpected. However xe's pretty nitty so I still expect more value hands than not (see sets, overpairs). I feel like I didn't invest enough to go broke directly on flop especially considering that I don't know if my 9 outs for the flush are clean. (the 3 from gutshot clean imo), so I call.
Turn: Boom, 15 outs. 7 clean. But only 1 card to go. Odds are not good enough and I still don't see enough bluffs from villain (who bets my stack exactly btw), so I fold.

Hey AtrociousNightmare,

Preflop call is fine.

Flop bet after both guys check is fine. Doesn't actually need to be this large seeing as the action is multi-way. Something like $0.50 would be completely fine.

Will be a set pretty frequently when villain check raises. We should just about have the odds/implieds to call here.

When we brick on the turn we get priced out and can fold.

Sorry what do you mean by brick? Not familiar with the expression.

Well, in this context I simply meant that we miss our draw.

I use the term loosely though. A 'brick' typically refers to a card that doesn't affect the action (very often an offsuit card below the board). In reality it isn't 100% accurate to refer to this card as a 'brick' since we pick up additional outs.
