what do u think about my line here? i´m unsure tbh on one hand he reps the str8 otf when i hold the blocker after he bets again turn i thought this could be a good spot to raise him. on the other hand i also reps very thin here. if he knows this (is he good enough?) he could rr me.

i would maybe raise lot of turns btw with my blocker here (also depending on his turnsize!)

villian is a reg so fare af 2,3 wtsd 50 wsd 50

Hi,

i like how you played it; however his line looks like a bluff, so i wouldn't mind just calling turn as you are often way ahead here. Still raising has the benefits of folding out KK and AA, and maybe some pair + gutter hands with okayish equity, so it's definetly an ok play.

Skod

This kind of flops are almost never hit by villains. They never have a set and a straight is weird also and if villain called OOP as in this case the chance of a straight is even smaller.

I try to bluff them almost always(I'm still unknown by regs) but I'm asking myself if most of people do the same in 025/05 Stars. And higher? What's your oppinion on this matter guys?

Ty!

Hi,

people start recognizing these flops and situations at plo200 mostly. But even there it's not common with all the regs. Definetly great boards to bluff.

However keep in mind a really good player will also know your MP range shouldn't have too many boats or straights here either, so it will come down to a leveling war. But no need to worry about that before the midstakes.

Regards,

Skod
