i think i would check otr. i see myself checking the river with the straight often and hope to c/r, that way i might get a bet out of busted draws or hands which are turned into bluffs.
you can have busted draws yourself so i don't think you have enough FE.
if you want to bluff i think a c/r is superior to betting. 3barreling in SBvBB also has some special flavor which usually leads to less FE overall.
sometimes you even win the hand when it goes chk chk

edit: this spot made me reconsider my gameplan a bit. question for skod: what's the worst hand you valuebet on the river after having bet flop and turn?

i dont like to c/r here at all. People on plo50 just dont turn hands into bluffs/vbet thinly enough.
River is a mandatory barrel imho, we block the nuts and the most likely calldown hand (AK, which he might raise ott sometimes).

Id go for a slightly bigger sizing, like ~35bb.

@KBE: our vbet range really depends on the opponent, but i think i would vbet any set, probably c/c AKJx/AKQx.
You could even consider a 2betsize strategy here, betting smaller with your thin value and close to pot with straights and straight blockers.

i agree with suhepxm and i think i would also bet/fold sets here otr.

but also see some points of KBE that in a sb vs bb spot people calling more than in other situation specially when fd bust

i choose my sizing which i would choose also with the nuts. but yeah maybe to much of trying to look strong here. maybe bigger is better

Hi,

i like it plain and simple, tough to win any other way.

Krach - i would vbet AT here, maybe also A5 and A9 vs stationy players. When all main draws (fd's) bust, people go into supercalldown mode. On one hand it might make us reconsider bluffing with this hand, but on the other we have to have some bluffs for our thin vbets to work.

So in the big scheme of things i would vbet ATxx for sure, and also turn hands into a bluff.

In this hand we are just hoping to fould out some weak 2 pair imo; vs some opponents i would fire though because of the above mentioned facts, but vs an unknown it's ok.

Regards,

Skod

Which hands do you suggest to c/c here if you have a c/c range at all?

Hi,

MrTrocks; yeah it depends on the player like i said, but when you have little SD value + 2 blockers, a bluff always deserves consideration.

Suhepxm,

I'd have a c/c range only vs opponents that i would have a read that a) they are not capable of vbetting thin, and b) are agressive when checked to otr when draws miss. I would call any 2 pair probably in that case.

Regards,

skod
