1/2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.61 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K♥, K♣
Hero raises, 4 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) 5♠, 6♥, 3♦ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero 3-bets, BB calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) 4♣ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

River: (9.25 BB) 6♦ (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11.25 BB

As played, can I fold this turn safely?

If I just called the flop (as I should have), I can't raise this turn, can I?

To avoid such situations I'd prefer a call to his check raise then raising a non-4 turn This is the standard play if you check out the HU on the flop platinum articles. I'll leave it open for ciRith to take a look also.

lol i didn´t even see that
thx :)

The standardline would be way easier to play. ;)
Well and not raising the turn the is correct as well:

Board: 6h 5s 4c 3d
Dead:

Equity Gewonnen UnentschiedenVerloren Hand
Spieler 1: 36,236% 30,483% 11,506% 58,011% KhKc
Spieler 2: 63,764% 58,011% 11,506% 30,483% 99-33, A7s-A3s, 97s+, 86s+, 76s, 65s, 54s, A7o

Here your equity after his check/raise:

Board: 6h 5s 4c 3d
Dead:

Equity Gewonnen UnentschiedenVerloren Hand
Spieler 1: 22,189% 17,225% 9,928% 72,847% KhKc
Spieler 2: 77,811% 72,847% 9,928% 17,225% 99-33, A7s, 97s, 87s, 76s, A7o

Might be lower but you get 8:1 with chances of a split. 9:2 or 4,5:1 for a calldown is really close but I can't fold this.
