hey, vill is reg but no stats nor reads on him.

Pre I 3b cause bb was a maniac reg who would 3b today super often.

On flop as I see in equilab I have about 30% fold equity if I give him ~11% calling range pre. So I cb cause I have nutshot and I would probably x/f here way too much if I would go for x/f (X/c doesnt seem right cause I have like 35% equity vs his whole range).

On turn I though he has too much Ax to bet, but as I looked in equilab it seems like he has also many Qx and gutshot type of hands, so maybe should be bet? Also I would probably x/f too much if I do it always with my nutshots. Most of my air range here is 8x and pretty much every gutshots possible on this board. So I could x/f 8x, x/c AJ or AT, and bet AK or AJ+ and 9T, KJ type of hands.

Hey,

Given how what you said about your preflop decision, I assume you wouldn't really have hands like JT/T9 in your range and hence, I think you should keep betting turn and probably even river. This is a reasonable hand to triple as a bluff and villain will be in a tough spot with his one pair hands.

I shouldnt have T9s? Is that because BB can cold 4b often, so I should lower my 3b frequency here?

What ace would yoe expect vilain to fold on the blanked river?
I'd fold here every one pair ace that I called pre without very solid info, so against me I would always triple:)
But when Im at the tables against other regs I always afraid that they'll call me with AT making my third barrel bad.

thanks

What they fold or don't, depends so much on how you are perceived to be playing. I doubt they fold the same hands against me as they do against you...

Sorry but didn't understand the question.

Not a good default game plan :)

About folding to triple this would be tragic gameplan at nl500 but at fr I think its way better if not best.

Why wouldnt I have JTs/T9s in my range? And why would it affect my decision on turn with KJ?

thanks

The way you justified your preflop play in this hand made me think that you probably aren't 3betting those hands as default either.

I guess I would generally keep betting with KJ on turn had I bet the flop with it anyway. But I don't think it quite makes the river bluffing range if you have JT and T9 as well to bluff with.

These are the types of generalizations that I don't think are good on pretty much any limit. But that is a different discussion that doesn't really belong here imo.

Ok, so you say I should call this preflop and call squezze?
I thought about it while playing but I decided not to put myself in spot oop where my hand is barely ahead villains range (even if he had 20%+ 3b).
Do you think its a mistake and I should trap with any hand that has over 50% equity?
