villain was a weak reg or some fish.
I know that shove is not good in this spot....but what is the best play? is it best to just fold? i don't like to call here OOP

Hi,

I doubt he is going to make that big raise to then fold your all-in. His valuerange starts with JTs and he may sometimes semibluff with A high flushdraws.
With overcards and oesd I would likely b/c flop to see what he does on the river and hope to improve.
On most turn cards I would take c/f line. If I improve to top pair then I woudl evaluate his turn bet size. Also you likely have to call half pot bet if you pick up flushdraw.
