Both our staff and Holdem Manager's staff always tell potential users that they should try both applications during the free trial period and decide for yourself which is the best application for your workflow. It is a personal choice that should be made based on which application you find easiest to use and the least intrusive in your game. There are other factors to consider if you're a Mac user or if you play at a site that only one of our two companies support - but generally its a personal choice decision, and you should not rely on the opinions on others. Let your own experience dictate your choice.

Thanks for the advice that does sound better, I have already tried holdem manager and I thought that was pretty good, unfortunately I already downloaded the poker tracker 4 trial, but I was wry busy at work and didn't even manage to use it. Is there a way to trial it for a few days again?

that's fantastic as i was wondering the same question about the trial as i never really got to use mine to compare the difference. I'm experience problems with my HM program and before I commit to HM2 I'd like to know if there are other programs that may fit my needs.
Such needs would be, I have the options to use both Mac and PC for poker. Mostly PC but at times I'd like to use Mac. Poker tracker is available for mac yes? with a purchase of PT4 can i use on both mac AND pc?
