Unfortunately, it does not say what is the minimum deposit and withdraw with a VISA debit card (I use it on other sites) and what and if there are any transaction fees involved. I would appreciate any information.

From Poker770's Terms and Conditions:
9.1 To withdraw money from your player account, the user must withdraw a minimum amount of €/$/£20 with Skrill (MoneyBookers), Neteller, Click2Pay and for withdrawals using credit card or bank transfer. For any withdrawal less than this, the user must contact the Poker770 support team.
9.2 To withdraw money from his account, the player must have made a minimum deposit of €/$/£20.
