4c-7c-Qs
2h-7c-Jj

Any sort of middle pair where there is a flush draw, I'm struggling in and out of position
Shoul I be bet/bet/check, bet/check/call with no complete flush, or check, bet call/check

Please help

In the majority of cases 2nd pair type hands should be checks on the flop. Of course there are exceptions but you should not be cbetting 2nd pair as a default.
