Not certain about any street here. Highly confused as a matter of fact 
My thoughts:

Preflop: The BB's range should be pretty strong. Take a cheap flop and make sure no A (and perhaps K, Q) are present.
Flop: Looks like BB has two big cards. Bet!
Turn: The BB is still around. He might be sandbagging AA/KK. I think about bet/folding with a half pot bet, but changed my mind. I'll call a reasonable river bet.
River: I beat pretty much TT only that could bet for value here. On the other hand, I have really induced a bluff.
