In my opinion :

Shove w 22 - TT

Raise to $15 with JJ+ AJo+

Against such a wide 3-bet rang you can 4-bet shove extremely wide.
I'd use this range: 22+,A2s+,K8s+,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,97s+,87s,76s,ATo+,KTo+,QTo+,JTo

If you want to 4-bet small with your top range I'd use 99+,AQ+,AQs+ for that. After villain looks you up a couple times and sees a few crap hands, I recommend shoving your whole range a bit tighter.

Hey,

Looks like a decent 4bet-jam. I'd assume that calling performs worse than 4betting. But since villain plays so tight from the bb, i actually don't even hate folding.
