If he bets river with this range:

So he'd have to call 45% top of this range, and that leaves with the worst hand he's calling is 8c5c, and his calling shove river range is something like this (so he should actually fold some of his baby flushes):

So the range that you can value shove river is the range that has more than 50% equity versus this range, which is: AcKc, AcQc, AcJc, Ac8c, Kc8c, Ac7c, Kc7c, Ac6c, Kc6c, Ac5c, Kc5c, Ac4c, Kc4c, Ac3c, Kc3c (of course you don't have AcKc AcQc).
This might not be 100% accurate and might be screwing up this ranges but I think this is fairly close and we find out that we cannot shove profitably a hand like Qxs. It's relevant to say that shoving Qc4c is much better than shoving QcJc (since we don't block villains calling range that we win) QcJc has only 14% equity whereas Qc4c has 46%!

Raise flop most likely. If we call flop and turn brings a flush we cannot raise anymore, just call down.
with something(2 pairs probably). I asuume he only needs to call 1/5 times. And he has all sets, flushes, 2pair, 34. So how much he bets river? if he bets all time he should call you wider if he is nitty his range already strong so sets, flushes, very good blockers
