BTN: $27.71 (VPIP: 31.48, PFR: 9.26, 3Bet Preflop: 5.00, Hands: 57)

SB posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.35) Hero has 9 :spade: 9 :diamond:
fold, Hero raises to $0.75, fold, fold, SB calls $0.65, BB calls $0.50

Flop : ($2.25, 3 players) J :spade: 6 :diamond: 5 :spade:
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $1.25, SB calls $1.25, fold

Turn : ($4.75, 2 players) 2 :club:
SB checks, Hero checks

River : ($4.75, 2 players) J :club:
SB bets $5.50 and is all-in, Hero calls $5.50

Should I cbet the turn here?? Especially with a short stack??

My thoughts on the river...I call the river when the second J comes as its likely they have lower pair or I counter-fitted their 2 pair (56)...is this a good line??

Cheers,
TC

Hey TeamCupcake,

Preflop is fine.

Flop cbet for value is fine 3-way. Checking back is not favourable since we let our opponents freeroll too much equity.

Turn is borderline, I would be tempted to fire for thin-value/protection and commit our stack here. I have no big problems with checking back however.

River call probably fine. J on river makes it less likely opponent has a Jx + he also just has busted draws in his range.
