Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8♦ 5♦

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, SB calls 2 BB, fold

Flop: (6 BB, 2 players) A♥ T♦ 5♥
SB checks, Hero bets 3.7 BB, SB raises to 9 BB, Hero calls 5.3 BB

Turn: (24 BB, 2 players) 4♦
SB bets 11.4 BB, Hero calls 11.4 BB

River: (46.8 BB, 2 players) J♥
SB checks, Hero bets 33 BB, fold

Hero wins 44.7 BB

Think he can be raising this flop with many draws, other hands that make sense are AQ,AT,A5s and 55 which is not that many...therefore I decided to call also I have BDFD and am IP. fold better?

His turnbet is not too big so I think he can easily still be on a draw, call is easy anyway

On the river I dont rly think he checks a flush or KQ,also I think he vbet 55. So he may have like AT,A5 or is just giving up with some QJ,KJ or maybe some AQ. I though overbetting here should be proffitable vs such range and may even make him fold A5 or AT...our hand is pretty bottom anyway and we have do have flushes here... give up better?

Hey Dawnfall26,

Preflop open is fine.

Flop cbet for protection usually the best option here with such a vulnerable holding. Vs raise I recommend folding at these limits. Sure guys /should/ be xr wide here but in practice they are not at these limits. Our hand is pretty vulnerable and makes a poor bluffcatcher.

Turn call i standard as played.

River bluff is decent, he rarely has a bluff here and can be x/f a decent amount.
