First of all you've been too weak Preflop by just calling with a strong hand as strong as TT is. Checking the Flop is Standard and since you didnt expect UTG to bet the Turn, which is fine, you did bet yourself to induce action from trips etc. The further progress is kind of standard. You might argue that you should have just called the River after SB 3bet again but he might also have just 55. AT is quite unlikely and A5 and A6 are the only hands you have to worry about but people on the smaller limits they usually overplay Trips and who knows whether SB does have AJ or AQ.
