Hi.

Preflop: Hmm I would often flat this vs UTG from BB, but it depends on how tight UTG is. I think majority of NL10 UTG opening ranges are really tight, so this call is highly questionable.

River: I don't think your River line achieves much. Against a range of straights/2pairs/some top pairs, I don't think you can bet out for value unless you think he is 100% calling all worse 2pairs and plenty of 1-pair hands as well.

Your best bet is to check and probably call a bet, hoping to induce a bluff from some random hands.

If you bet the river, play it bet/fold. In average there won't be enough non Jx hands which raise that river, to make a call profitable.
