Hey GingerKid,

Preflop open is good.

Flop cbet for value is good.

We can potentially even just fire turn for value vs this guy and check river.

I'm not completely sure what river sizing achieves here. Opponent usually not supe strong when he checks river here so it'd make sense to bet smaller. Although if the guy auto-shoves vs this sizing for whatever reason then I suppose it must be ok vs this specific opponent.

I think the river bet is designed to get the maximum from 2P because these hands won't raise but if we perceive villain correctly he'll have big trouble folding?

He was huge whale, pure maniac. He was raising 99% hands all in, 2 times he didnt raise when I had nuts and he had 2nd pair. So I did bet small and checked turn to let him shove, and river I realized he had pair which he doesnt want to shove.

A smaller bet size on the river makes more sense to induce, but hey if you overbet 8X the pot and get reshoved on, that's pretty amazing too

Thats why I did bet flop so small, and checked back turn to induce him, but since it didnt work, i hoped he calls or does something crazy. The funniest thing is that he did it with 77 which is the best bluff :)
