Bb checks, Sb bets 8, bb calls.

Bb checks, Sb bets 18, bb calls.

River (64) 3d

Bb checks, Sb bets 32, bb raises to 64, sb (hero) calls 32

You could probably consider betting larger on every street (like 3/4 pot or more)

Once you get raised it's a very clear call. He will sometimes do that with worse 2pairs and the occasional bluff and you are getting great odds.
