OP, judging by your posting history, you're a Filipino who was interested in taking 'free bankroll' offers only about a year ago... So I believe you've never been a sponsored Stars pro (in particular, aren't Daleroxxu) and are talking just about some restrictions on your account (using 'pro' as a synonym of 'reg').

If I'm wrong and you were a sponsored pro, I wonder what your Stars screen name was.
