Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: All the stats you have point to someone that's very tight. He doesn't play a lot of hands preflop and doesn't 3-bet a lot so he has Ak in his range as well (for calling).

And hoping that he valuebets hands like AT (worse value hands) for two streets is way too optimistic so you are left with bluffs which I can't see many off.

So the river is definitely a fold if not the turn.

One thing I didn't see is how aggro this guy is over this sample (and since you have 0 other reads the stats is all we have).

Ah Ok I think forgot some stats. So here you go:

AFq Tot. (PT4) = 50%
AFq R = 55% (11/20)
WWSF = 43%
bet vs mcbet T = 60% (3/5)

Do you think bet T, ch/f R is an option? Or even ch/f T? Seems too tight for me, but a decent amount of time, he will check behind and we maybe can valuebet River once more.

Given the board, position and player I feel that a bet/fold on turn is slightly better than a ck/call. It's thin to begin with though because you are hoping to get value from some rare AT and some Kh hands and he still has all AhX hands and AQ/AK along with AJ hands.

So checking and taking it from there sounds like the best plan, and vs him a cry/ck/fold is not that terrible.
