Again I like it. If you assume you are not ahead on the flop then folding is a better option in this small pot but obviously I would treat your hand as the better one a decent amount of time and want to protect it against CO.
Turn yes I like to just calldown...basically you hope he spews which on this board is pretty likely. Some players even take this line with a weak SD hand like 3x so you even that part of his range.
Raising is ok on the Flop though i wouldnt mind just calling with your weak midpair and see what happens behind you and see what the turn brings. against a range consisting of flushdraws, 45 79, better 6x and 8x you are not a big favourite but you can raise though and charge his draws and keep the opportunity to fold later on if he's gonna be playing back on you. Turn call is fine due to your gutshot and as dawnfall said: Some players they unreasonably donk again with ilegitimate hands like 3x. But on the River you don't beat any hand anymore and even 3x has gotten there and the flush as well. You think he's donking 79 or T9 again?
I would fold this River but call on a blank, too.
