Against 50/35 villian, I would cbet F, his range is superwide, and we prefer to fast capitalize dead money becouse of ICM preasure, rather than go deeper into hand and allow our villian to hit something.
As played, I would go def for bigger sizeing OTT, 1)our hand strenght is underreprezented, i.e. villian will not put us on Ax, and 2) the board is drawy and we need protection.
The river is speculative, villian may donk bet his str8 sometimes, so mb we can bet for value from worse 2pairs, Ax and some random bullshits.

i like a big turn bet on this wet board. river is a bit ugly to value-bet with the flush and straights getting there. I probably just check river on the bubble and not go for the thin value play. If it was early in the tournament (we were deeper with less ICM tax) I would be more likely to go for the thin value river bet.
