fold is best - you have a very healthy stack and leaking it by limping with hands like this is silly.

If you do intend to outplay the opp because he raises too much pfr, then you should consider re-raising PFR and c-betting the flop if its checked to you.
But you will often be pure-bluffing against 2 opps, which is bad.
also, since UTG+1 is fairly short, you mind end up comitting yourself to a 20-30bb pot with a tiny pair at best.
