Flop: I think a regular cbet here with a strong range as a FD, AQ,AK, 2 pair, set.
I prefer raise for protection and value vs FD,AK,AQ,44, 2 pair . Also, I think raise is good because turn may come killing action cards as a :diamond:.
Conversely, raise is not good because villain may fold a lot of time hands as AQ,AK ...
What do you think about PF/flop ???
