yes, reraising the flop would be a lot better

You should have raised the flop, probably to potsized raise, than you see where you are, if you're faced with an all in, than it's tough, I would probably call, but it could be possible that he had JJ, TT...

Against the range of 99+, AKo, AKs, you've got a 72% equity on that flop, so an all in on the flop is a no brainer call.

Against a range of TT+ you still have a 62% equity...calling an all in is still actual.

Tough spot, I've made a lot of costly mistake recently in similar spots...

You should definitely raise the flop. If he is agressive, then you should go broke on the flop, not on the turn. The fact is on the flop you still have decent equity against his two pairs type of hands, and he is still paying you off with JJ+, but on the turn it is not the case anymore (the equity against two pairs is real low there).

As played I probably check/call blank turn and river.

He might be semi-bluffing the flop with QK or 98 so you should raise the flop. If he has AJ, you will often take his stack, so don"t wait for a scare card - for him - to come on the turn that would stop the action.

Reraise the flop.

He won´t fold there set, not sure if I want to play for stacks when player leads twice with me. Only hand that would call your re-raise on the turn is QQ. So I rather like calling down.
Against player who donks often I like raising flop and calling shove.
