nl100 underpair vs fish

Flop: very clear check-call spot here. You never have more than 2 streets of value with this hand against all players (at most 2 if he's very loose).

Anyway JJ isn't too vulnerable, the second card on the board is not too high (you have less value since he wouldn't have so many draws and second pair combos), and checking is the best way to allow the fish to make a mistake (by bluffing too often)

I think betting here is a pretty big mistake and would be a small mistake on a QTX board.

River: I generally don't thin value bet flop with the intention of folding on a future street because my opponent would still have plenty of floats such as flush or straight draws.

If I did bet on a QTX board I would c/c this river cos fishes will often be passive until the river when they miss their draws.

With that said, I don't think the flop bet is good in the first place and there are no busted draws
