SB: $8.30 (166 bb)
BB: $5.07 (101.4 bb)
Hero (UTG): $9.23 (184.6 bb)
MP: $5.98 (119.6 bb)
CO: $5.31 (106.2 bb)
BTN: $6.80 (136 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K K
Hero raises to $0.15, MP calls $0.15, 4 folds

Flop: ($0.37) 4 8 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.26, MP raises to $0.92, Hero calls $0.66

Turn: ($2.21) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $1.50, Hero folds

Results:

Spoiler

$2.21 pot ($0.09 rake)
Final Board: 4 8 9 6
Hero mucked K K and lost (-$1.07 net)
MP mucked and won $2.12 ($1.05 net)

I guess flop could bet bigger, like 30c is fine. value from overpairs, draws.
I think if he bets that big the turn, is a fold. if he bets 1/2 or less we call/shove ?

Thanks

Hi SneakyhanD

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: What was your plan here with bet/calling on this board? There are a lot of cards you don't really want to see so if we like our hand vs him we can just 3-bet and go with it.

His raise is big and we are deeper but it takes a bit more than just raise to make us fold such a strong overpair (in a spot where he can have overpairs/draws)>
